Dispatches

This is the site's running log. The letters and the case pages are the record itself; the dispatches are where the record grows — a new document filed, a page published, a milestone in a count nobody should have had to start.

Dispatches are filed in four categories:

• The Record — case updates: new documents, new filings, answers received, and the state of the founding case.
• Betrayed — the people: new pages in Betrayed, Not Forgotten, and developments in theirs — an exhibit fought for, a finding issued, a family still carrying it.
• The System — analysis: how the machinery actually works — the payment formulas, the staffing math, the paperwork — underneath the individual cases.
• Silence Watch — the counter: milestones in the days since a letter was mailed, what a substantive reply would have to contain, and what arrived instead.

Every dispatch runs on the same rule as the rest of the site: primary documents first, allegations attributed, corrections in the open.
