The CivDiv

On YouTube · Clayton Simms, a Marine Corps veteran who works under an accredited claims agent at Borne Accredited Claims

TheCivDiv teaches veterans to build evidence-based VA disability claims, working from 38 CFR and the M21-1 manual rather than hype. Clayton Simms started the channel after a clueless transition briefing left him to learn the system himself, and it now mixes claims-process teaching with running commentary on VA policy, oversight, and fraud. New videos were still posting the week of this scout, including one on the day of the check.

Why we carry them. It is the clearest peer example of an educator who works inside the accredited system while calling out VA errors and claims-industry fraud on camera.

Note: paid partnerships are disclosed on the channel itself. Simms works under an accredited claims agent — both facts are part of why he is carried.
