AIVA Claims
Free nonprofit claim-preparation help · A program of ESBE Inc., an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3); founded by Barklee Sanders, a 100% P&T veteran
The clean counter-example to the claim sharks. Donor-funded and free: its tools read a veteran’s records and draft the claim package — injury statements, buddy letters, nexus drafts — but every document stays a draft the veteran reviews, edits, and submits themselves. It states plainly that it is not a law firm, not a medical provider, and not VA-accredited, and it takes no percentage.
Why we carry them. Families get pitched paid claim help at their most desperate moment. AIVA is the free, you-keep-control model to measure every pitch against.

- VA claim evidence checklist — A working checklist separating diagnosis, service event, and connection — and a warning not to list a requested record as evidence already in hand.
